Inspired by the blog Back Door Logic, I’m recording what foods are aggravaters for hallucinations, because we are right now in full blown scary hallucination, nervous mode. Last night was bread, breakfast was bread, lunch had rice and supper had rice. If the gluten issue is true, then tomorrow should be bad as well. It’s a lot easier if there’s only one person handling the food, but when it’s two and they’re not quite a believer… it’s a challenge. The only way is to try to take over the food entirely myself and I’m not sure I have the energy to do that.
Ordered some helleborus Niger 30C to see if it helps with the hallucinations. I’ll try anything at this point.
Update: Have not tried the helleborus. Asked the naturpath about it and she didn’t know what it was, so in all caution, didn’t try it.
